Refund Policy for Dreami Wigs

At Dreami Wigs, we take pride in delivering high-quality luxury hair units. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy.


Please review the details below before placing your order.





All Sales Are Final



All wig purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been processed.


This policy applies to:


  • Dreami Express (ready-to-ship) units
  • Custom handcrafted units
  • Sale or promotional items






Damaged or Incorrect Orders



If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dreamiwigs.com with the following:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem



Our team will review your claim and assist accordingly.





Order Cancellations



Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Custom units cannot be canceled once production has started.





Refused or Undeliverable Packages



Packages refused or returned to sender due to incorrect address information will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for reshipping fees.





Chargebacks & Fraud Protection



Any fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with proof of delivery, tracking, and order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who abuse our policies.
