Shipping Policy for Dreami Wigs

At Dreami Wigs, we are committed to delivering your luxury hair units with care, speed, and professionalism. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Dreami Express (Ready-to-Ship Units):
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom Units:
All custom wigs are handcrafted to order and require 10–14 business days for production before shipping.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, shipping time will depend on the carrier and shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to location, weather, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Dreami Wigs is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Dreami Wigs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
We recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance or signature confirmation for high-value orders.
International Shipping (Optional — only include if you plan to ship internationally)
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
